Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide with USPS. However, the postal service has currently suspended international shipments to certain countries listed here.

All items are shown in USD.

Most orders cannot be altered once they're placed, but contact us and we can try our best!

Can I stack coupon codes?

Unfortunately not, you may only use one code for each order.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

All items are final sale for sanitary reasons. No refunds or exchanges allowed.

Why was I charged customs?

International orders (outside of the US) may be subject to import or custom fees levied by your country. Customers are responsible for this fee, and Milky Lashes does not have any info regarding this fee.

What material are your lashes?

Our lashes are handcrafted premium silk fiber, which is cruelty-free.

How do I remove my lashes?

Waterproof makeup removers are the best way to soften the adhesive on your eyelid. Then, you may gently peel the lash band.
